Shipping Protection Policy

Shipping Protection is an optional service available at checkout that provides coverage for eligible packages that are lost or damaged during transit. Shipping Protection is intended to provide customers with additional peace of mind and a streamlined claims process for qualifying shipping issues.

By purchasing Shipping Protection, you agree to the terms below.

 


 

Covered Events

1. Lost Packages

A package may qualify as "Lost" if:

  • The carrier confirms the package has been lost in transit

  • Tracking shows no movement or carrier scan activity for:

    • Domestic shipments: 7 consecutive calendar days

    • International shipments: 14 consecutive calendar days

  • The package is determined to be unrecoverable by the carrier

To qualify:

  • The shipping address entered at checkout must be accurate and complete

  • The customer must cooperate with any carrier investigation if requested

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

Approved claims may be resolved through:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • Refund, at our sole discretion

 


 

2. Items Damaged During Transit

Packages may qualify if products arrive physically damaged due to shipping carrier handling.

Examples include:

  • Crushed packaging resulting in product damage

  • Water damage occurring during transit

  • Product breakage caused during shipment

  • Missing contents resulting from package damage occurring in transit

To qualify:

  • Damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • Original packaging must be retained until claim review is completed

  • Customers must provide required documentation

Required documentation includes:

  • Photo of outer shipping packaging

  • Photo of shipping label

  • Photos clearly showing damage

  • Brief description of issue

Failure to provide required documentation may result in claim denial.

Approved claims may be resolved through:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • Refund, at our sole discretion

 


 

Not Covered

Shipping Protection does not cover:

Delivered Packages

Once carrier tracking reflects "Delivered," Shipping Protection coverage ends.

This includes:

  • Theft after delivery

  • Porch piracy

  • Missing packages after confirmed delivery

  • Packages retrieved by unauthorized individuals after delivery

Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations when possible.

 


 

Customer Address Errors

Coverage is not available for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Failure to update address information

  • Shipments returned due to address issues

  • Refused deliveries

 


 

Delivery Delays

Shipping Protection does not cover carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Carrier strikes

  • International import processing

  • Events outside carrier control

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for reimbursement.

 


 

Buyer Preference or Order Mistakes

Coverage does not apply to:

  • Incorrect item ordered

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Incorrect color selected

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Preference changes after shipment

Standard return policies apply where eligible.

 


 

Damage After Delivery

Coverage does not include:

  • Damage occurring after successful delivery

  • Improper installation

  • Product misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper storage

  • Accidental customer damage

 


 

Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

We reserve the right to deny claims involving:

  • False or misleading information

  • Insufficient documentation

  • Altered evidence

  • Repeated suspicious claim activity

  • Abuse of Shipping Protection benefits

  • Attempts to obtain reimbursement through both Shipping Protection and chargebacks

Fraudulent claims may result in account restrictions and future purchase limitations.

 


 

Claims Submission Requirements

Customers submitting a claim must provide:

  • Order number

  • Tracking number

  • Claim description

  • Supporting documentation, when applicable

Claims submitted without sufficient information may be denied.

 


 

Claim Review Process

Claims are generally reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Additional information may be requested during claim review.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.

Claim determinations are made at our sole discretion based on carrier records, supporting documentation, and policy eligibility.

 


 

Coverage Limitations

Shipping Protection applies only to qualifying transit-related issues occurring after shipment has been accepted by the carrier and before confirmed delivery.

Coverage is limited to the purchase value of eligible products within the order.

Shipping fees, taxes, and optional service fees may not be eligible for reimbursement.

 


 

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Protection Policy at any time without prior notice.

The policy in effect at the time Shipping Protection was purchased will govern applicable claims.
