Eligibility

This Refund & Returns Policy applies only to products purchased directly through JKDistro.co. Products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges through JK Distro.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products and applicable regulations, the following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • THCA Flower

  • Concentrates

  • Sale Items

  • Clearance Items

  • Promotional Items marked as Final Sale

All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Eligible Products

Products other than flower and concentrates may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange if they meet the requirements outlined below.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, products must:

  • Be purchased directly from JKDistro.co

  • Be returned within the approved return period

  • Be in new condition

  • Be unused

  • Be unopened

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include all original components, accessories, and documentation (if applicable)

Items that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may be denied.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing by JK Distro.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as JK Distro is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Shipping & Insurance Fees

Original shipping charges, insurance fees, route protection fees, and any other delivery-related charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued for the eligible product amount, less any applicable fees.

Return Review & Approval Process

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to verify that it meets the requirements outlined in this policy.

Return requests and returned products are typically reviewed within 7–14 business days of receipt.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

  • Store credit may be offered at JK Distro's discretion.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post refunds to your account after processing.

Disputes & Claims

If there is an issue regarding a return, refund, damaged shipment, or order discrepancy, customers should contact our support team as soon as possible.

JK Distro will review claims and disputes within 7–14 business days and may request additional information, photographs, or documentation before reaching a final determination.

Right to Refuse Returns
