Shipping Policy
By placing an order with JK Distro, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped via USPS. Please allow up to three (3) business days for order processing prior to shipment. Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed by JK Distro.
Transfer of Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. JK Distro is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Any issues occurring during transit must be addressed directly with USPS unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be available for purchase at checkout. Orders that are not insured are not eligible for reimbursement, replacement, or store credit for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
For insured shipments, claims are subject to review and approval by JK Distro. Customers may be required to provide documentation or evidence, including but not limited to:

Photos of damaged packaging or products

Delivery confirmation information

Police reports
-
Carrier claim documentation
JK Distro reserves the sole right to determine claim eligibility and coverage approval.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
JK Distro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to JK Distro due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
Orders returned due to address issues are not eligible for free replacement shipping or automatic refunds.
JK Distro cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
Return & Refund Policy Related to Shipping Issues
JK Distro does not issue refunds, replacements, or store credit for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Carrier delays outside of JK Distro’s control

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Uninsured packages lost or damaged during transit
Refunds or replacements for insured shipments may only be issued after claim review and approval by JK Distro.
If a package is returned to sender and the customer requests a refund instead of reshipment, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JK Distro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, carrier errors, package loss, theft, or damage occurring after transfer to the shipping carrier.
By completing a purchase from JK Distro, the customer agrees to all terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
